i've done 30DS all this week, even put in some extra cardio in last night and i've tried to keep as close to my calorie limit as possible but no change! I will not get discouraged i will keep trying for better results each week!0 -
Purple, if you weren't doing any strength training before 30DS it could be that your muscles are retaining water from starting a new program. Keep with it!0

thanks I feel toned and 'fitter' the weight is just not coming offmy experience with weight loss is that i tend to get toned not really losing lbs which sucks
dunno if its my frame of something. The last time i lost lots of weight december 2009 i was about 210 but i think i still looked the same only that my clothes fitted better
I didnt really count calories just went to gym loads and then stopped gym and gained weight without realising i'm hoping i lose weight for good this time round with calorie counting and exercise....
