I'm working out everyday now with 30DS i'm on Level 2 at the moment and doing another dvd of Jillians with more cardio 3 times a week, i eat right as well but i'll probably not lose weight im sick of my scale not going down! I joined MFP almost a month ago and im still at the same weight
. i'm just trying really hard to motivate myself now, i have bad knees (lose patella) and i've had left shin hurting for over a week and im still pushing myself
my scale just seems to be going up whenever i get on it i weigh myself then i'm lighter weigh again 4lbs up next day 5lbs down
i just never remains the same or goes down
I would love to be a contestant on the actual biggest loser show then maybe they can tell me what i am doing wrong!

If you are truly working out and not losing weight at your size...I think you have to cut some calories. How many calories are you eating a day?0 -
I had a day of just eating 500 calories last week saturday :O cos i was frustrated and couldnt be bothered to eat, still worked out as im doing 30DS at the moment but next day back to eating within my regular limits, my weight fluctuates A LOT that has been one of my main problems with weightloss i tend to build more muscle than lose weight.
Last week thursday weighed in at 215.2 lbs I didnt log it in here cos i decided to step away from the scale and not weigh myself till this friday, I am looking forward to weighing in tomorrow would be really impressed/surprised if i have actually lost!0 -

I wont be able to weigh in tommorow. Were leaving to go to San Antonio and as much as I begged hubby to bring the scale he refused :P So I weighed in today please count it as tommorows weigh in! TY! Good Luck everyone

Good Morning Everyone! Sadly after my awesome weight loss last week..I retained water like a mofo and was finally able to get it back down to my original number..So I have lost nothing this week..boo!!
