My girls have pretty much tired of Leslie ( don't know why?) so my walking is now mainly outdoors with them. Yesterday and today went to pick my daughter up at school. It is one mile there and back and today took a detour that added a quarter of a mile. Hopefully, with continued nice weather, I will be able to walk!0 -

2/5 = 2miles (fat burning miles - walk strong)
3/5 = 1mile (fat burning miles - walk + kick)
4/5 = 'walking bus' about 1mile
5/5 = 2 miles (walk away pounds for abs)

Something is in the air this week...the girls are loving walking again! I'll take whatever I can get. Shooting for 3 miles tomorrow.0 -
backslid with the potato chips. but made myself put the bag away and go do the 2 mile brisk walk. I feel good about my healthy choice. chips are my drug of choice and should never be in my house. but the rest of the family likes them too. I've walked 4 days in a row for a total of 9 miles so far this week. I didn't want to skip today...that makes it easier to skip tomorrow.0

Love this weather and that my girls are excited about walking again! I did have to stop at a playground at the 1.5 mark, but it was worth it!0 -
I don't feel really well today. I feel dizzy. Hubby and son are sick. Hope I'm not catching whatever they have. I walked 1/2 mile outside today pushing a wheelchair. I'm not sure how to count that so I just counted as if I was walking a dog. I think it's about the same pace tho pushing something with weight is a bit more work than a dog. There's nothing in the exercise selection to give me a clue as to how much energy it uses. This brings my total up to 9 1/2 miles for the week.0

walked a total of 12 1/2 miles this week. just finished 3 miles today. I set a mini goal of walking 5x this week and passed it with walking 6. even the day I didn't feel well I walked 1/2 mile.0

New week! started it off right..I'm under 180lbs....yay! 179 this morning.
got 2 miles of the video walk slim fast n firm in this morning now have to go work in the yard a little bit to get the pool ready
