How is everyone doing in the 10 pounds in April? it is april 6th and I am already having a trouble with it =( this month will be over with before I know it and I wont reach my goal...PLEASE can I have some adive and motivation!! thanks guys0

I went for a weigh in last night and have put on 1lb :mad:
I started the 30 day shred on the 1st april and have been watching what i have been eating and not going over my calorie intake so not happy at having put on 1lb.
current weight - 149lbs
target weight - 138lbs (at the end of april)0 -
Weigh in tomorrow!! Yay! Not feeling as "pumped" about it as I was last week but I'm still thinking it should be a loss, just probably not 4lbs again. But a loss is a loss! Good luck to everyone tomorrow!0

No change this week.. Still at 216.4 but after losing 4lbs last week I'm feeling okay about it. If I lose 4lbs every other week it will work out the same (wishful thinking). Here's to a lower number next week!

I'm making this more challenging for my self by gaining a pound this week to weigh 166. Too much sodium yesterday-I knew it would be a problem. I'll be much more carefull this week!0

Well this last week has been crap for me weight-wise. Scales have gone up and down. I think I've put on about a pound, maybe even 2. It has really been all over the place . However, I'm still losing centimetres off of my waist and hips so I can be very satisfied with that. Scales are out of batteries now, thankfully. I plan to eat right and exercise with a will this week, and with any luck see a good improvement when I replace those batteries!0

Well I did my second weigh in yesterday and I was at 170.6 (YES!!!!), so I guess I lost 1 pound since last week.0
