    Same weight this week (136.2) :/
    This is my second week of doing Ripped in 30...I've heard people say that they gained muscle weight while doing this workout. Could that be what happened to me this week??

    163 pounds today! That's down three. Guess it's never a good idea to eat chips the night before a weigh in-that's what I did last week. This week I laid off the chips and didn't eat until after the weigh in (it's a work challenge so we weigh in on our lunch hour) I was the big winner with 3 pounds lost!!!!!

    I'm a day late but better late than never, right? I've been pretty sick all week and I'm sure that has helped the weight lose, just hope that doesn't come back to bite me in the butt! I'm down 4lbs this week. Yay! 5 more pounds to make it 10 for the month of April!

    4/10/11: 170.6 lbs

    And my weight as of yesterday when I weighed in was at 165.8. I believe I lost a lot of water weight since the TOM is over.

    I didnt go to the gym this morning so I did not weigh in, but I feel ggood about my self today!

    BUMP (took me forever to find this thread again, there are apparently a lot of 10lb challenges in April :p).

    I forgot to log my weigh in on Fri, so here goes.

    Starting weight for April: 72.1 kg / 158.95 lb

    Wk 3 weight: 70.2kg / 154.76 lb

    1.9 kg / 4.2 pounds lost!

    Not 10 pounds, but I'm pretty happy nevertheless! It's so good to see this written down, I haven't felt very motivated this week :).

    Hope everyone did well. I did have a loss for the month, but it wasn't close to 10 pounds. I lost 2 pounds. I lost and gained the same three pounds twice, but I don't think that really counts. So starting weight 165, ending weight 163.

    Today's weight 168.0 (04-30)

    Sorry this is late but didn't have a change to record this on this past weekend. So I started April weighing at 171.4 lbs and when I weighed myself on Saturday, I weighed 162.6. So the total pounds lost for April was 8.8 lbs. I didn't get to 10 but I am so happy with my results.
