Ran 5 miles at the track today. Crispy clear weather, pleasant north wind, temp 11C, perfect day for a run. I wasn't really in the mood to run, I had to push myself to workout rather than spend the evening on the couch. Turned out that I was feeling better and better along the way and managed to finish the 5 miles under 55 mins which is a personal best :drinker: :bigsmile:0

I know I'm a little late joining but I want to incorporate extra cardio into my current workout (30 Day Shred) and I thought this thread would keep me accountable. My goal for April is to complete 25 miles (or 40.23 kms). Have a great day and I look forward to stepping it up!! :bigsmile:0

Walked a total of 6 miles today. It was one of those days that I didn't want to work out, but did it because of this challenge. So, a big THANK YOU to all of my MYA comrades here!

ran another 4.5 tonight while I waited for my husband to get off work... I'll be logging lots of miles the next 10 days while my 3 year old is off visiting grandparents- giving me more time to exercise. Getting geared up for a sprint triathlon in May followed by the Army Birthday 10-miler 5 days later. Can't wait!
