    3 miles today! One mile running around campus like a crazy person, two miles with husband and crazy four-legged basset hound child (who is currently zonked out on the floor, too tired to make it to the bed!).

    5 miles today- 3 on the treadmill and 2 out on an evening walk. Not as much as yesterday but I am happy with today's total.

    So for a minute there yesterday was feeling like lowering my miles in order to give myself more time to strength train- having a hard time currently doing either. Head is back in the game now. I need to do both. I feel like my whole body has gotten proportionately smaller but my problem spots are still smaller problem spots. Not sure if that makes sense... but it's frustrating. Anyways... cheers to my fellow *kitten* movers! Best and most reliable thread out there:drinker:

    @ skinnyack: Of course it makes sense. Every little thing counts when you're trying to push yourself over a certain limit.
    I need some strength training myself.

    c25k w5d3 modified - 2.46 miles...i'm redoing day 3 again either today or tomorrow to complete it as planned.....plus i did the arctrainer for .6 miles after spin
