Mix the light swiss with the garden vegetable cream cheese wedge- mix with diced cucumber- spread on a low cal tortilla- add deli turkey and roll up! Makes a great summertime lunch!! My way only comes to 224 calories and it's quite filling!

I almost always have the Blue Cheese variety in my fridge. I've never had any success trying to get the stuff to melt, but that's fine because I am quite content to eat it as is with celery sticks first dipped in Frank's Red Hot!

It's not really a recipe but it was yummy!

I cut one wedge of the French Onion into half, spread half of one on one piece of bread and the other half on another piece of bread (duh, right?) I then placed the bread with the spreaded cheese into the toaster oven and toasted them.

I had that in place of grilled cheese with my tomato soup and it was soooo good.
