Welcome!!! :flowerforyou: I am so glad you have decided to join the 10lb challenge!!! Ultimate goal for this group is to lose 10lbs by May 1st.

We will also include mini goals so keep coming back to this thread to get/give all of your updates!

Ok, so let's have everyone post their current weight and pounds lost weekly. Please post your weekly weight changes on Fridays!!

Also, something new to add....who ever is in the lead with the lbs lost will come up with the Mini Challenge for that week!!! This will allow you to help others in the group by learning from what your doing!

    :drinker: WTG TABBY!!!! Tabby was the biggest loser for March!!! She lost a total of 13.8 lbs!!!!:drinker:

    Tabby ~ You have done such a great job all month!!! You should be so proud of yourself!! You are such an inspiration!!!

    Ok, you know what this means?!?!?! :noway:

    You get to pick the MINI CHALLENGE for the first week in APRIL!!! Think of something that has really helped you to lose and share it as a challenge for the rest of us!!! :smooched:

    OK so let's see... I notice I have been eating LOTS of spinach and strawberries lately...

    So for the mini challenge: Eat no less than 4-5 servings/cups of veggies/fruit a day- every day.

    GW: 137. But seriously I want to weight around 138 lbs, from what I remember that is the best weight for me. So not too bad, I think I can do this!!!

    Tabby, I love fruits and veggies so I love this challenge!!!!:smile:

    when I get bored I make homemade popsicle. Just freeze orange juice or some other juices, can add strawberries and other fruits like that. It's just a different way to eat it. And it feels more like a dessert. LOL

    Goal Weight by 5/5/11 165.

    Ok it's a little bit more than 10 lbs but I'm trying to lose 24 lbs total by my 24th birthday :laugh:

    Wish me luck! And I'm def doing that mini challenge- 4 cups of fruit/veggies everyday baby!!!

    Can I join? It's been a looong time since i've lost at a rate of 2lbs per month so my goal for april was to see what it took to do that and to crack into the 140's...so this would be perfect! sw 158 i think, april goal 148.

    How much V8 should we drink? I bought the 5.5 oz cans and they say "a full serving of veggies". Does that count as 1 cup?
