Don't stress it. Have you been eating enough? I was eating to few calories and up my caloric intake this week to have my best weight loss week yet of 5 pounds. I also, added whey protein powder to my diet. The whey promote lean muscle growth during workouts which increases metabolism. Also, the scale is just an indicator. Don't take much stock in what is says every week. Your body is changing.0
