    i cant decide, honestly, if i'm in or out this week. i got bitten by a spider sunday night while sleeping and i haven't felt up to doing much. however, yesterday i taught elementary p.e. and we did the parachute the whole afternoon, which was really active. and i'm hoping tonight to be able to plant more in the garden. so, i guess i'm mostly in.

    mon, tues--none, nada. spider bite. on my neck! owie.

    wed. elementary p.e. with the parachute- 120 minutes. technically it was 180, but with giving instructions and stuff, we'll just go with that.

    240 to go!

    Well I am going to have a great week this week for sure!!! I have had an excellent food week and the scale is dropping everyday so I am excited about tomorrows weigh in. I record on Wed and Sat!! even on the days I am over 2000 calories it is not by much and I have been netting 1200 to 1500 cal.

    I started only counting 300 to 500 calories only for exercise. Today was the only day I recorded 800 calories. To help me not to eat all of my exercise calories, I also set my HRM to 250 pounds vs. my actual weight. I had it at 199 at 1st but that was too low. When I get to 299 I will switch HRM to 199. This has helped tremendously. On weekends I use all cal on HRM which is staying at 250 so this makes me keep my food in control. Today I weighed 348 which is 6 pounds down from last Saturday! So my goal is to stay at whatever I weigh tomorrow and hopefully I am still in the 340's!

    Well I kind of stumbled into the end of this week. Not my best. So glad to hear of the lost weight Mollie, great plan and it is working so well for you. You are all inspirations! Keep it up.
