    Mon: REST DAY!! Traveled back from Florida
    Tues: 1075 calories burned (spin & walk 6 miles)--136
    Wed: 515 calories burned (C25K, arm circuit & glute circuit)--73
    Thurs: 1277 calories burned (spin, back circuit & walk 7 miles)--180
    Fri: 792 calories burned (C25K, glutes circuit & walk 3.36 miles)--.102
    Sat: 600 calories burned (spin & arm circuit)--86
    Sun: 558 calories burned (walk 4 miles & Insanity Fit Test)

    Total: 4817calories/ minutes 659
    Left to go: 0/Zero (+317 over) calories/minutes 0 left (Over +290)

    This has been a rough week. But made the goals set. Lets see what the EVIL :devil: scale says on Tuesday!!!!

    I"m back for the last week 2 weeks...oh how I missed my cardio...I will let you know later after my workout how many minutes and how many calories burned...can't wait to 2:30!!! :-)

    for last week, which was a bit of a challenge after vampirespider attacked my neck, my totals looked like this:
    wednesday, 120 minutes of elementary p.e. with the parachute (great upper body work)
    friday 30 min interval running, 15 minutes toning (pushups, situps and squats)
    saturday, 120 minutes digging, planting, weeding
    sunday 120 minutes also digging, planting weeding. lots of digging on sunday. oh, and 20 minutes (about) climbing a really really steep hill, half of which i was carrying the 3 year old.

    TOTALS: 425 minutes. yay me!
    i'm sure this stuff contributed to me not gaining way more weight on the steroid than i did. thanks!
    and i'm in for this week as well. goal:
    360 minutes, and i'd like to see if i can hit 3500 calories (one pound)burned.

    So excited that I am back on track...had a great workout today!!

    Monday: 17 minutes/136 calories burned doing Zumba; 35 minutes/403 calories burned funning at a speed of 5.6-6.0; 27 minutes/430 calories burned on Arc with incline at 10 and resistance at 20-25 :-)

    79 minutes/969 calories burned

    Thank you for the motivation Mollie. My life is full of stress right now, which I am trying to keep in perspective. Exercise really helps. I also try to remember, that if it has big teeth and it's breath is blowing on your face, you have a crisis, everything else is a problem with a solution.

    This week I am only counting cardio workouts for the 360 min. I will do my weights but goal is to have at least 60 min cardio 6 days a week at least. I need to up my cardio to 60 min per day minumum. I will be shooting between 60 and 90 min and one rest day for the next 2 weeks to end the month. And I am shooting for a net in calories of 1200 to 1500.
