thank you for posting. I for one stopped starving and started to feed myself every two to three hours and what I found was amazing. My stomach actually started to growl before the next meal. I would be hungry within two hours-three hours. I didn't feel full anymore and now looked forward to the next meal.
I eat a protein ,a slow carb, fast carb for lunch/dinner, a protein shake for breakfast and 150-200 calorie snack two to three times a day. Amazing how your body responds.0 -
