    Thank you for posting this...this information is exactly what I've been looking for after reading several posts about the importance of looking at BMR and TDEE. I realized I am eating too little (was at 1220, now at 1235, will increase again next week). I thought being aggressive with my weight loss goals each week would result in more weight loss, but that hasn't been the case. And this week I've been sluggish and hungry all the time, just as the article described. I will now stop beating myself up when I eat over my goal, and will add more weight training into my routine.

    This is also a great post to BUMP for all those 1200 calorie dieters out there! Don't mess up your future goals by eating too little!
