    Ok, so we have been "camping" in our rental this past week while we fixed it up. Did not loose-but did not gain!! I am not changing my mini-goal, will work extra hard to meet that challenge

    I'm down 2 lbs from what I was on Thursday. I had to take a picture of the scale proclaiming "140.4", but I'm not counting it as my weigh-in for fear that it will be back up tomorrow. No more getting on the scale for me until Monday when I do my official weigh-in for my Easter challenge and then not again till Thursday. Hopefully I'll still be at 140 (or lower!!) at that time and I can actually claim it as a success.

    I started jogging again (I'm not very fast but at least I'm steady). I "ran" 3.5 miles on the treadmill last Monday, and another 3.25 miles on Friday at the track. If the weather isn't bad, my husband and I may try running together tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

    I'm re-committing to my goals! I've had a couple rough weeks where I've been kinda half a$$ing it but realized I need to knock it off. I bought a ton of healthy groceries tonight and am going to work on some meal plans and snack ideas. I've also identified two problems I plan to work on in the next weeks:

    1. Not eating a big enough breakfast or enough protein at breakfast and then not eating all afternoon and getting too hungry

    2. Giving in to the random munchies late at night. I need to identify if I'm hungry or bored or just eating because it's a habit.

    "If I'm not hungry enough to eat an apple (or insert other healthy fresh produce), I'm not hungry!"
