My diary is public, and I am very consistent about logging!
Right now, I'm starting P90X, so Im trying to keep myself within the 50%/30%/20% protein / carb / fat ratio they recommend, and damn, it's hard!!!
Before these few days, I ate a lot of fruits veggies, low fat yogurts and cheese, sandwiches, and wraps! Feel free to take a look, *I* think there are a lot of pretty awesome yummy low cal meals in there! If you have a question about how any the meals are cooked / go together, just ask me!
(btw, I dont eat my exercise calories, although just today I upped my goal calories to 1400, while I'm working out like crazy. (burning close over 1000 calories a day))0
