You look great.. you are the one that i keep saying .. I CAN DO THIS! . I also have a target on my back for heart problems. I have had 3 knee surgery. I started at 185 lbs. I just was playing around with my phone. Then when i first lost my first 2lbs. It was like WOW i can do this.. . Im 5'5" and want to get to 135-130. After seeing your pictures. I realize i can do this.. but i have one question for you? When i get to my goal, will i have extra skin hanging? What can i do so i don't...

Thank you! My husband definitely inspired me. He is a runner and has completed 5 marathons and countless other halfs, 10ks, and 5ks. He had to have surgery and pins placed in his toe which led to some running down time for him. The doctor said he has never seen a patient run again so soon after surgery. He inspires me daily to push through, no matter what! When life gives you lemons- make lemonade. Now I'm not the fat frumpy wife at the races anymore! I'm the fit mama, pushing 2 babies in a stroller, with 3 more at my heels having people ask- are they all yours?!? lol
