    im lazy and not gonna read them all but i mabe this yesterday

    1 can of black beans
    1 lime squeesed
    1 largish tomato

    i added a few cloves of garlic cumin and alittle chilli pepper i think i over spiced
    it made 2 cups which i calculated into 1/2 cup servings on 80 something claories.

    Cuban black beans

    1 tbsp oil, add some onion and garlic (up to you how much) cook till translusant, add black beans (I use a large can) cook till heated through, splash on some lime or lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

    I eat this as is, or on rice or quinoa.

    Calories: 203.7 • Fat: 1.4 g • Carb: 33.3 g • Fiber: 10.0 g • Protein: 16.9 g

    Ingredients:
    1 onion, chopped
    1 16-oz can black beans
    1 16-oz can kidney beans
    1 8-oz can tomato sauce
    10 oz package frozen corn kernels
    2 14.5-oz cans diced tomatoes w/chilies
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp chili powder
    24 oz (3-4) boneless skinless chicken breasts
    chili peppers, chopped (optional)
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    Directions:
    Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. Half hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. Top with fresh cilantro. Also try it with low fat cheese and sour cream (extra points).

    There is a quick and easy Black Bean Hummus
    I can rinsed black beans
    1/4 c cottage cheese
    2T Salsa
    Cumin and Corriander to taste
    Put it all in the food processor or blender till its well mixed

    Its a great dip for veggies or used as a sandwich spread

    I do this too but with chicken, brown rice, black beans, fresh tomatoes, avocado, and some salsa for a kick of extra flavor! one of my favorite meals and its good as left overs hot or cold :)


    i toss them in with some grilled chicken, cubed, and some brown rice, then add some salsa. yummy and every so easy!

    We like to eat it with tortilla chips as a salsa. I don't use the sherry vinegar though since they don't sell it where I live.

    I make a nice salad w them.... It is mainly black beans & your favorite lettus,some celery, red onion & carrots(chopped pretty small). Your salad dressing is a little olive oil, fresh garlic, black pepper & some adobo or whatever over spices you like & a splash of vinegar. It is a big hit!!!!
