I think I got off to a good start today, but I feel like I'm cheating with the gardening. I mean, I was definitely getting exercise with raking and hauling around bags of mulch, wrestling with branches, etc, but I guess if an activity isn't only meant to be exercise (e.g. running, elliptical, etc) and has a purpose, it doesn't feel like exercise. Hmm. Meant to go for a run, but couldn't find my headphones and that threw off my night. Bought a new pair and I'm all set to go for a run tomorrow.

I just finished reading everyone's posts and I have to say this is one IMPRESSIVE GROUP!!!!! :flowerforyou: You ladies are amazing. Everyone knocked out some serious workouts and BURNED A LOT OF CALORIES!!!!! :drinker: I feel priveledged to be apart of such an incredible group!!!! I just went for my WALK but, I will log calories burned later as I have more to BURN!!!!!!
