I had a family 'situation' this evening that prevented me from eating dinner. I was fine until about 10 minutes ago and my stomach is now growling. I really don't want to eat anything b/c it's so late. And I know...once I start, I won't stop. (Hence the reason I'm on MFP . ) My Tuesday will probably be a day of non stop eating; it's my stomach's way of getting back at me. It goes to show consistenty on how much & when you eat is so important for the body.
Oh, and the family situation is fine. They're just very stressful to deal with (yet again, another reason why I'm on MFP).0 -

132 would take me to a BMI of less than 26 and about halfway through my MFP journey Probably overaiming as I tend to lose 1-1.5 a week but I do better with a slightly harder (but not impossible) goal than one I know I can meet. It's all about pushing myself a little bit more!0 -
