Sorry about missing last week - was having fun in Vegas! I skipped the weigh in altogether, so week 5 I was 174 and this morning for week 7 I was 168.6.0

Wow! We still managed to loss 50lbs considering it seemed like most of us were really struggling to stay on track and focused last week, yeah us!!
On a side note, Rach, your new pic is super cute!0 -

Well done everyone! Hopefully I will be back on track this week after the blowout weekend and I won't suddenly see a huge spike in the weight eek!0

My goals this week are to kick it into HIGH gear on the workout front. Gonna start P90x tonight. I wanna hit my next mini goal of 154 by 05/11....

I've been stuck for 3 weeks at the same(ish) weight. This week I am shrinking my calorie deficit to 500 a day (versus the 1000 that was supposed to make me lose 2 pounds a week but hasn't gotten a loss at all in 3 weeks). I'm hoping this helps me out. I'm getting sick of being so close to One-derland but not getting into it.0

Goals for this week include sticking close to my calories, drinking lots of water, and doing my at-home physical therapy. I was a VERY bad PT patient over the weekend and didn't do a single one of my exercises. If I want to get back to running, I really need to do the work I'm supposed to be doing at home.

Heyy I forgot to weigh in yesterday! But I will right now! Last week I weighed 183, this morning I weighed 182.4... Still down, its not a lot, but I didnt expect it to be a loss cuz of how bad I ate and how lazy I was.
Next week I want to see 180 =D My goal for right now is to not go over my calories till June 1st... I can do this!0 -

I am 27, 6'1" and starting out at 280lbs, with my ultimate goal being 189 (BMI 24.9) and a UK size 14-16. I'm into all things retro, kitsch, pin up and tats!

Fantastic job this week, girls!! Way to go everyone!!
My goals this week:
1. The basics - water, calories, fiber, sodium
2. The exercise - at least 3 workouts
3. MAINTAIN - going to my sisters for the weekend (my THIRD travel weekend in a row!!!!) and even though she's a skinny minnie, she is the WORST influence for me!!! She's a snacker, and I worked really, really hard to break myself of that habit. I'm a mindless snacker. I can't just grab a few crackers and be satisfied. I end up eating half the box. So, it's so tempting for me to grab a few here and there as she does, but I end up going back for a few more and a few more and a few more. So, this goal is actually maintain and NO unplanned snacks!
I'm looking forward to May. No more travel for a few weeks!

My goals for this week are to work out 5-6 times (at least 3 spin classes) and drink lots of water. I'm going to weigh myself on Thursday as well as Sunday to check in on myself. My final wedding dress fitting is next Thursday (5/5), so I can only lose a max of 2.4 pounds between now and then or my seamstress will kill me. I'm going to keep an eye on the scale, and as I get close to 175, I'm going to increase my calorie intake so I don't go below that weight.

Keep up the great work pinups!! I won't make it to the gym tomorrow (well, maybe, but not sure)...going to the Cubs game!! I have to be very careful not to eat too many hotdog...love Chicago dogs!!! YUMMY!! It's a good thing I don't like Budweiser..I won't be tempted to drink beer...I did burn over 1000 calories today, so hopefully I can be a little careless tomorrow...but not to much.
And I have to agree with everyone...Rach that is a super cute pic!! :-)0 -
