Keeping my weight the same this week. I made really bad food choices this weekend just because it was there...no excuse...I will try harder this week.
I'm sick and going to the doctor this afternoon. I got pink eye over the weekend, which I have never had before, this stuff is horrible!!.. and I think I may have a cold.

I slowly and unhappily mounted the scale this morning - CW: 211
I am not entirely sure what happened there. I guess three off days can really make a difference. I had to face the music, now it's time to refocus on a new week. My goals are to really drink my water requirements and try to have more even calorie days. Last week I would be way under one day and over the next. Clearly that was not a winning strategy for me.0 -

Morning ladies, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
Today I am 167.2, down 1.4 this week.
I think I could have done better, but I did take some time off my workout routine. Hopefully will get more on track this week.

I totally forgot to weigh in today. I use the scales at my gym. I'm going in there tomorrow after work so will weigh in and post then if that's ok.
