174 this morning. I was about 173.2 a day or two ago, but it didn't stick. Hoping to be below that by next monday though.0

Well I forgot I was 176.2 last monday!!! So a 2.2lb loss is GREAT! Especially when I estimated a 0.8lb loss with my goal chart:

198 this morning. So only a pound but considering it's my TOM I am ok with that. I need to get back to drinking more water throughout the day and not all of it within a 3-4 hour period. Cardio is going to be hit hard this week. I get pinned Friday and graduate Saturday so not gaining will be great!!!0

178.5 this week - up from last week, but not surprising as I haven't been eating too well and am not running as I have inflamed tendons in my knee.
OK, this week I need to walk a bit every day, work on my abs and not eat too much junk!0 -

Oh my gosh...I am never going to make it to the 140's at this rate...up another pound:sad: ...2 pounds in 2 weeks...this is driving me nuts....grrrr....I'm at 152 again...0

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Just getting back to work after a few dyas off and am really surprised at how well I did food wise.

Not too shabby since It's TOM and had a couple of cheat days while I was out and about. It's great to see those numbers going down today. So back on the wagon for food and water, and back to the gym starting tonight.

Up a few this week after a weekend away visiting my sister. Too many sweets, too much sodium, not enough water and no working out. Weighed in at 184. Hoping to be rid of it later this week since I am sure it is water weight.0

Girls wknd in DC and I'm up 1.2 lbs to 194.4- grrrr. I guess it should be expected with all of the eating out we did. I even made lots of good choices, but hardly any water and I'm full of sodium. I think I've drank about half a gallon so far- feeling a little waterlogged! This week will be about journaling, water, exercise and planning ahead to make healthier food choices. I have to get this thing going!

156.5 for me this week. Really want to be getting to the low 150s soon, am only 9 lbs away from my initial goal of 147, want to get there before summer so I'm bikini ready!!0
