I'm skipping this weeks weigh in - I was up 7 lbs on Friday after I ran over 7 miles the night before. Then on Saturday I had a 5 mile race & right after I left for Chicago, where I ate out every single meal. So I'm just going to be realistic & not freak out at what the scale says & just wait till next week. Hopefully it will be back to normal then.0 -

Ugggg. I'm sorry for being MIA for the last month. Things got crazier than anticipated. Finished up my classes for my Master's degree :bigsmile: and took a vacation. Vacation was great. Hiked about 12 miles throughout Colorado. We went to 4 national parks, 2 national monuments, and one national historic site. Some of those were just quick stops (2 hours or less), but it was fun!
We did some eating out, especially during the drive home on Sunday, and we didn't watch sodium too closely. Hopefully getting THAT back under control will cause some of those extra pounds to come back off.
I'm glad to see all the progress everyone has made in my absence. Keep up the good work!0 -

I only lost 2 1/2 inches doing the Shred with Bru, but I' ve noticed I'm a lot more defined & the muscles are starting to show thru! I feel so much stronger!0 -
