    On the plus, I haven't touched the scale since Friday morning which is a big deal for me :)

    I think my muscles are still pretty achy, hoping to see 191 on my scale again.. last time it was very briefly, but that's ok. I'm much stronger than I was last year and that's all that matters :)

    I did great this week. 170.4 on friday... then the weekend happened. How is it that I ate the same way I did before starting MFP & I gain almost 4 lbs in 2 days. I never gained that much before starting. Why now. I was expecting 1-2 pounds... but almost 4 is ridiculous... esp since I didn't binge or anything. Sunday I was under my calorie count with a ton of exersice but bad food choices.

    Wow, I've really been stuck this tme around :/ I remember last September and I was killin' it. But that's ok, because I've been losing inches more this time around :) My birthday is next Thursday, I'm really hoping to break into the 80s, that's 1.5lbs away, which is doable, I just gotta buckle down a smidge more :)

    TOM is still here, so I expected a gain, but deep down I wanted to still see a loss for my birthday. But I'm ok with that and happy it's only a 2lbs gain instead of 5+
