    OK, so today's weigh-in, 133.6. That's only -0.4 lbs this week. But I also admit to not following my own advice and drinking the water. I think I only had one (max 2) days this week during which I got enough water. Not smart of me, especially considering how HOT it is around here!

    Go Team Green! I promise to drink enough water this week so we can log better progress next time!!!
