Whew, success.
Not even eating dinner tonight til 8:30, so my personal goal for today will be to eat within my calories and not to get the munchies once I return home from dinner.0 -

Well, went out to dinner at Fogo de Chao. Who in the world can seriously eat that much meat? Good food, but not my type of thing as it was hard to have a conversation with all the meat sticks put in your face. But definitely yumminess. That being said, dinner was until ELEVEN, but I stayed within my calories (really worked my hiney off yesterday) and didn't nibble when I got home, so I consider that a success.0 -

I was away all weekend, and I barely slept, let alone stopped eating! :laugh: It was good though.

I'm giving this one to me, even though I didn't sit down to eat until 9 p.m. with my family because I stayed within my calories and ate very healthy for dinner. So yeah to me for not eating the huge Tiramisu Torte.

Good for you lulabellewoowoo!! :drinker: I think the hardest thing is to avoid what's right in front of you, sitting and watching others eat.
As for Jodilynn - double wow from me too!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: I hope you stick w/this challenge next month - I need some friendly competition - it's very motivating.

Do you find yourself searching for something to snack on after dinner? Do you make healthy choices all day and right before bed you decide to go ahead and have a spoon or two of ice cream, a cookie, chips, etc.?
For some odd reason, this happens almost every night and you want it to STOP.
If this sounds like you, join us so we can support one another to beat late night snacking!
Take either dinner or a cut-off time to be the last time you eat for the day, after that time, you may have tea and water only.
Tally your progress daily for a monthly total.
