    I don't know! ha ha!
    I'm probably not the best person to get tips from because I can't exercise so I'm just watching what I eat.
    I didn't think I would lose this much as I was over my cals on Wednesday by over 800!! but by the time I made up for it on the other days I still ended up being roughly the right amount on the average weekly cals.I still thought I'd ruined this week because of Wednesday.

    I'm a bit worried that I'm losing muscle not fat by not doing any exercise. I'm doing exercises with my arms but nothing that I can count how many cals I'm burning as it's just a few weights and nothing for my bottom half because of my hip joint. Because of my history of eating (it's not so good) I don't really have the best amount of muscle as it is and I'm pretty weak so I don't want anymore to be gone!

    Does anyone know if this will be enough to let my body know that I don't want it to eat my muscle?
    Will it only be helping my arms and not my thighs/stomach?
    I really hope doing arm exercises is enough!

    Hi team! Sorry I'm late, but at least I have good news! I weighed in yesterday at 284.6, for a 1.8 pound loss.

    Food challenge:
    Try to get at least 4 different colors in your meals this week. Different colored foods have different nutrients so the more colorful your plate the more different nutrients you are getting! :)

    Well, my lunch was almost rainbow coloured:

    Red= Cherry tomatoes
    Yellow= Sweetcorn
    Pink= Prawns
    Green= Cucumber
    Orange= Satsuma
    Purple= Red grapes (that were actually purple)
    Blue= Well, I think I need to invest in some blueberries!!!!!!

    ok guys, looks like our loss for this week is 66.42% Not as good as last week..I think some of us had great weeks while others were a little disappointing...but we can fix this! C'mon Gryffindors! Lets all be really good this week and show Hogwarts who the strongest house is! :)

    I am super pumped for this week!! My grocery trip is tonight and I have been putting it off for ages. That means one GINORMOUS salad for dinner and I am way excited about it! Wheeeee!

    Also, I ordered a bunch of Jillian Michaels DVD's from Amazon and they came yesterday. I am starting 30 day Shred tonight since the gym is becoming very time consuming! I am going to hit up the gym once or twice a week for just straight up cardio but work on toning at home.

    I meant to start the shred yesterday but I sliced my finger open on a knife doing dishes (ouchy) which turned 4 hours of my day into a debacle. I don't think my blood needed to be pumping any more than it was at that moment!!

    Here's to a GREAT WEEK everyone! I KNOW you all can do it - on track and ready to win! I am HIGHLY determined to break through my plateau this week and see some big losses!

However, I thought to be fair we'd not give you the official Prefect title since you're also our Gryffindor Head of House AND our Hogwarts Headmistress! But I think you deserve mentioning for your incredible work this week!

    So, that leaves us with some equally impressive Prefects this week!

    Kelsue35 - 2.206%

    Use your newfound authority to share tips on completing the challenges, ask Harry Potter trivia, or just brag to the other Houses. You guys are awesome!

    As for everyone else, I know we can kill it! Don't let little setbacks get you down, fellow Gryffindors, we're all in this together!
    I'm so proud of my House, no matter our place so far :)

However, I thought to be fair we'd not give you the official Prefect title since you're also our Gryffindor Head of House AND our Hogwarts Headmistress!     I'm discovering that I tend to always have 4 colors in my meals, which is awesome :)
    Also, that I'm not that strong, but getting stronger every day with these strength workouts!

    I'm doing pretty good. Yesterday I thought of you guys when I was eating my salad and I noticed I had red, orange, yellow, green and purple in it! Haha. :)

    Aiming to burn some serious calories today, so I can enjoy a bottle of wine (probably not the best thing for a the weigh-in tomorrow!!!!).

    I had 5 colours in my meal last night but I can't say they were too healthy. It was veg but I don't know what it had been cooked in.

    A few of Harry Potter Facts for you:

    I am going to increase my exercise next week (I have been a lot slacker than in previous weeks) and I WILL SEE 170s next week!!!!!!!

    Uhh, no loss for me. But I'm not really surprised I had a formal for my business class on friday with an open bar, So I definitely hurt myself on that one
