Hey everyone! Don't worry about tracking everyone's lbs lost..I am making a chart so as long as you give me your current weight we are good. We are reporting it in terms of percentage anyway, not lbs other wise it woudlnt be fair since the groups arent completely even.
Awesome weight loss so far! Keep it up! No weight loss for me this week, sadly..but now that law school is over I am really going to kick it into high gear.0 -

just a thought that may or may not make your life easier: you might want to ask our fellow gryffindors to send you a private owl on weigh in days so you don't have to sort through all the common rubbish to find all the magic numbers you're seeking. i've found in another course of mine (the fascinating topic of muggle non-mums) that it is much easier to keep record of the necessary information in that way, and while it does keep the owlery a bit busy, it's good for business and does cut down on correspondence being as buried as a resurrection stone in an enchanted forest!

WEEKLY CHALLENGES:
Food Challenge: Try at least three new recipes this week.
Exercise Challenge: Try to get outside and do some kind of exercise for at least 20 minutes at least 5 days this week.
I'm really gonna take the challenges to heart starting this week!
Anyone know what new recipes they are going to try or what they are gonna do outside this week?
I don't have my recipes sorted out yet, but I'm going to start walking the loop around my apartment complex, and see if I can increase the distance I walk each day I do it!

I'm totally up for the exercise challenge although I don't know about being outside! It's 90 degrees here every day and I burn so easy!! I'll definitely exercise inside though0
