Trent - great job!! Maybe being sick helped...you held onto some of it during that time and now that you are healthy your body knows it doesn't need any of that. Keep up the good work!!

My husband is a star...he was on the news last night for the Ways to Wellness program at my hospital...check it out, so funny

Sara...BACK AWAY FROM THE SCALE...sometimes, that's just what you need to do...you've done very well during this time shedding that baby weight...enjoy the summer

Sara, I totally understand that! I had to take last week off because I needed it so bad. It is healthy and GOOD to know we know when to hit the brakes in weight loss for our health. Check in now and then!

I will post my weight later. Down a lb. TOM starts today or tomorrow so I was surprised to see a loss since I am really feeling the water weight!

For those who do or have done the 30 day shred...did u lose much weight? On day 20 and really losing inches still. Can't say too much for the scale though! :)

Maria - I never lost weight doing the shred - granted I only finished it once. I did feel stronger and lost inches. I also upped the cardio after it was over and lost then. It is a great workout overall and I would still recommend it!

Aww, that's great. He was the one talking about tomato juice right? And, they showed him on the ball?

Is that really how you pronounce Quinoa?

Sorry to let you down, team. I gained 0.6. BUT not as badly as the scale was showing yesterday. Must've been that distilled water that helped me a bit - thanks Kim - ha! :drinker: Anyway, I can't be too hard on myself, as I've lost weight for what, 20+ weeks straight. That's awesome progress IMO!! Guess I had to gain sooner or later. Sara, sad to see you leave, but glad to know you're listening to your body and doing what's best for you. Good luck with everything, and don't be a stranger! And thanks for saving me, as I thought I may be eliminated from this competition. That would've been heartbreaking for myself - I LOVE THIS CHALLENGE!! Good luck to everyone today. :flowerforyou:

Connie, your right, 20+ weeks of consistent weight loss is great. Unfortunately, Sara is in the 2nd chance category. That means, you still have the possibility of moving into that category and going up against, none other than, Irishgal...

I am working tonight and will post mine and Tamara weight's before I leave.

Heather's code word is "Travel dated 6/9/11". I hope that you enjoyed your trip in LV (if i remember correctly. I will post results tomorrow after your weigh-in.

That's another week under our belts...

Still got Britt and Faith though right? Or did I miss them?

Not that I would want them to gain more than Connie.....

GRRRRR!!! Well, I did it to myself, was a little to "lushy" this weekend at the campground. Should've known it'd come back to haunt me. OK, now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Heather decided to stay an extra week on her vacation, and forgot all about weigh-in day. Ha!

Don't jinx me! My flight leaves Vegas in a few hours. It was an amazing trip (and my dad has so far remained stable/consistant the entire time). I'm pretty nervous about my weigh in tomorrow. I had a really extra lushy night with our sales people and partners last night. We closed down 2 bars....2 vegas bars! It was fun. Drinking lots of water and hoping for the best for tomorrow.

.6 loss I believe... kinda disappointed but I'll admit I had a lush weekend as well and I was sick last week. Between allergies, asthma and what I think was a cold I wanted to die. I'll do better next week!

Connie - could it really be? I cannot take the pressure! If you're coming over tomorrow, I'm making steaks on the grill and will sneak about a lb of butter onto your steak if that's the case...buahahahahahaha (kidding)

Faith, way to go! You are moving right down thru onederland! Not sure if you beat Trent % wise but you are only .2 lb away from losing 10 pounds since we started. Eva is the same! Connie broke 10 pounds last week. Little mini-challenge for you and Eva to see which of you (or both) break 10 pounds next week. Woo woo, you guys are looking like some strong competition.

What kind of work out? I've just been doing the treadmill and some weights, need to kick it up a notch. Man, just noticed your ticker, almost 20 pounds gone.
