No loss, but no gain either. Guess I can't be too upset, since I didn't really think I'd truly lost 2 lbs last week, and this week hasn't been great since I've been sick.

Down one pound- although I weight in Monday after the food/spirit filled weekend and I was at 158- so guessin it was mainly water weight- I behaved yesterday got in a good walk and LOTS of water! It's hard to see- I should have turned the other light on but I saw it on the phone it says 153.4

yay for pretty toes Heather- I've found myself checking my toes on Tuesday nights now bahahaha

As for the picture I'm having problems again... yay for me I dropped our camera in the lake and had a moment of freak out this morning wondering how the hell I was gonna take a picture. Yay for the hubs iphone- boo for the quality of the picture.

I'm up this week..took a week off to get my mind and body back into this. Much needed and I feel better. On day 15 of the shred, so I am losing inches like crazy (3 inches in my waist alone). So I assume this is muscle and water weight as well as a bit of a gain from celebrating too much over tthe weekend. :) on a field trip with my kids so I can't post until tonight but it is 173.4 if I remember right. Probably post the picture tonight. :)

Alright, I FINALLY got photobucket to work. Wow, that was rough!

    Week4a.jpg

Super excited! Down 3.4 pounds - WOOT WOOT! I can't remember the last time I lost that much weight in one week. AND considering it was during a family/friend-filled, food-packed weekend! It goes to show I DO have the capability of eating smart even when there's plenty of naughty food to choose from! Feeling on cloud nine right about now - GOODBYE 40s!!!!

Is anyone else having trouble with Photobucket? My picture is uploaded on there, but I can't edit/resize it. And I don't want to post a ginormous picture of my weight on here! Grrrr.....

    Connie

I haven't tried yet as I am waiting for Tamara to come for photo....just post the big toe, it's OK

Almost a two pound loss. Could have been worse with my inlaws being in town this passed weekend.

Well, this is much better than the 187 that stared back at me two nights ago! I had a very looooong, slightly stressful weekend full of in-laws. Food and alcohol were my friends :noway:

A little disappointed but I was out in the wilderness for 5 days and unable to track my food and exercise so I guess this isen't too horrible:ohwell:

On a brighter note... I am completely determined to get into the 150's by next weigh-in and I know I can do it!:drinker:

Tomorrow-Tuesday is a new week, and I'm assuming I will be in the second chance group...no worries...my muscles are looking pretty and I'm liking those more than what the scale says, so I'm really not too sad today.

    Week #5

    Results…
Finally, the Muscle Busters took down the Fat Fighters in a last attempt to save pride and dignity. The Muscle Busters were able to save some face with a 7.7 lb. weight loss and 0.76% of body weight lost.

    Superstar of the week…
Briitt with a loss of 2.0 lbs. and 1.5% of her body missing is this week’s winner of the competition. I think your hubs let you sleep this week and it made all the difference. Way to have a comeback and break the plateau.

    Bummers…
Sadly, Ms. Irishgal after dominating the first competition will be moved into the 2nd chance category. She has had a magnificent run in the weight loss fight. Look at the pictures of before and after. She deserves a “comeback kid award” of lifestyle changes.

OMG, the in-laws got to McFatterton (I will not say another word other than she needed food and alcohol to get thru the situation)…she slid back into the 180's

    Weight busters...
Heathymom…busted thru the 240’s FOREVER and will start beating up on the 230’s and show them who is BOSS. Did anyone notice her new picture? FAB-U-LOUS

    Nine lives award....
Goes to Heather “didn’t” Shrink this week…better luck to you next week…you are poised and ready to rally next week.

    Things to watch…
What will Brit do with her awards do? Will her husband give her extra, extra sleep so she can shed more of her and continue to be a threat? He will, if he wants the skinnier wife.

Who will win the prize for next week?

    1. Winner gets to pluck a player from the other team
    2. Take a 0.5lb advantage

Will McDebbie be determined enough to finally break the 180’s? So close, yet, not quite there…..

Brit has PM'd her choices for the week...

#1...0.5 lb advantage for herself for next week
#2...McDebbie has been selected to weigh-in on Saturday...I will post the word Friday night...good luck

Heather, you will weigh in on the 9th instead of the 8th since you will be traveling. We will not have the results of the contest until Thursday when you weigh in.

Who knows - maybe choice #2 will backfire on you guys! Debbie may have a short week this week, but that means she has a longer week next week to hopefully give her an extra big loss... since we're going to come back and beat you guys again, so no way will Debbie go home because of this.

Thanks for the sweet compliments, Kim!! :flowerforyou: Feeling powerful since I am finally out of my rut and well on my way to the 160's again. Feeling physically healthy again. Whew!!

I'm totally in love with the fact that our weights are the same right now...I have a feeling it will encourage us both to fight hard to see a "6" as our middle number on the scale. We can do it!!!! :drinker:

Awwwright. throw down! Thanks for the motivation Britt.

Kim, question about the .5 lb advantage. The following week is the starting weight the actual weigh in amount or the adjusted weight? I can't remember who else has already had the .5 advantage to look back at. If it is the adjusted weight then that may save us from going home the first week but is an actual disadvantage the second week.

I think I understand the question...the advantages and the disadvantage are only for the week they occur...they do not effect the upcoming weights/weeks because I remove them when the week is over...I want everyone to see their true progress-not altered ones...hope it helps

But to be honest, yes. It is pushing me to do more. Which ever way it goes I wouldn't have gotten off my butt if it wasn't for this challenge.
