funny b/c I could limit the alcohol easier than the bread/pasta! bahaha I had mainly meet yesterday and I'm paying for it today... then again I had way too much food in general yestrerday! lol

It's worth a shot, lets see if I can do it!

Guess I shouldn't have eaten the cream cheese coffee cake then for breakfast...loads with carbs I'm sure:frown:

perhaps but it sounds delicious! speaking of coffee cake, my parents were at Hahn;s Old fashioned cake shoppe or something like that, brought me back something called "just the crumbs" omg...... you can only imagine- it's the topping they use for their coffee cakes *drool*

Yes, we would be trouble if we ever get together...wait, we will get together in WI...camping and fun...you and hubs will love, love, love my family. We like to have lots of fun together. We all like to eat, drink, play games and play poker:drinker:

We'll figure something out...I have a tent and a blow up mattress somewhere...

Ok, I have to get out of here and be productive today...I was lushy last night and now I am kind of lazy and the sky is overcast and doesn't help my lazy mood

    Hello Muscle Busters!

Well another wicked weekend for me........:-) I have a plan mapped out. I brought more fruit and I have it all planned out. I know tomorrow I may not get in a workout so I will have to keep calories low. I also have a dance to go to tomorrow night and my plan is to leave myself 800 calories for tomorrow night. I have been pretty good in dance seasons before. I will socialize and get my dance on to burn my calories.

Sunday I am going to do a 40 min workout at home or I may even go to the gym if not out too late Sunday.

I know Kim is busy with her sale today. Hope that was a success Kim!

    Have a good weekend everyone!!:flowerforyou:

I have been just so naughty. I think I am going to do the no carb thing for the rest of the week. UGH, I am so disgusted with myself right now. I was lushy last night, really lushy. I need to kick it into gear.

Well I did it guys. I was not perfect over the weekend but I did not go in full binge or even mini binge mode either. Had a good time at dance Saturday night and burned a few calories and had a good workout Saturday and took a much needed rest day today. I will hit the gym tomorrow and Tuesday for last chance workout and I will be ready for Wednesday for sure. TOM is here but i have more issue with this before it comes. During the scale is usually on point for me.

    Have a good week everyone!!

    Happy Monday!

Well scale let me down today.:ohwell:

Unfortunately TOM is here  and I am up this morning but it is not phasing me because I know it is impossible for me to have gained 4 pounds with what I ate over the weekend so it has to be TOM and I did have a high sodium weekend too with rice.

Hopefully my Wednesday I will have a good weight, if not it will be coming shortly.......:-) No worries. My TOM does this for sure but it is normally before TOM. I am going to keep on keeping on.

And my knee is giving me the blues too so this morning I hobble to the gym and managed to have an OK workout. Not nearly enough calories burned but I something is better than nothing.

Well done on your weekend Mollie! I also did reasonably well considering the plans I had. Weigh in is looking exciting, but I am not counting my chickens as they say until weigh in day.

I totally agree. TOM is still here and as of today I am up a pound. Which is not possible so I know it is TOM. I went up 4 pounds in one night and I did not over eat. I even thought it was my lympodemia but my legs are not swollen so it is TOM.:grumble: :ohwell:

Not to mention I missed my last chance workout today because of my knee pain. Feeling much better this evening so I am going to hit the gym in the morning and take it easy. I have been hobbling for 2 days and icing it and taking advil.

I think I need bump up the exercise (30 minutes minimum per day), no alcohol (keep alcohol at 12 to 15) and continue on the low-carb thing

Anybody want to report good decisions on a daily basis...here's mine:

We are having the wood floors stipped and sealed and I have no access to kitchen...

just going to go to Wendy's for lunch (BAD)
instead went to grocery and picked up dole salad mixes and roasted chicken (GOOD)

Our team's not holding up so well :( I have to admit I've been a little complacent in my efforts lately. I've been a little down about being stuck bouncing back and forth between a few lbs. I felt like giving up. But, I'm determined to start putting in more effort again. I was so motivated when I first started, I need to get back to that. I haven't worked out in the last few days and I really need to do that tonight. Also, I wonder why I feel like I'm starving constantly lately. That certainly isn't helping things.

Kim: Great job skipping Wendy's. I'm not sure I could have done the same. I've been practically begging my husband to order pizza for delivery, and I have no excuse other than a tasty looking ad that came in our mail. Good luck getting through to the 160s by the end of this month. My goal is to finally break through 135. That's the lowest I've got since I've been stuck, and never two days in a row.

Britt...hope you find your mojo...it is frustrating when your just stuck...Maybe, just order the pizza and get it out of your system...what exercise do you normally do? What can you change to shake up that weight-loss

I know I wasn't good this week...no exercise and way to many cocktails.

I'm gonna do the low carb thing and hopefully boost this old metabolism...I really don't want to eliminate another player from our team, it's kind of pi$$ing me off...hopefully, with the extra 1/2 lb. advantage we can triumph this week.

    Britt, we can do this...

Hopefully our disadvantage to the other team helps  I made myself get out of bed and exercise today, even though it is cold and I am tired. Whaaaaaaa. I need to not let immunity make me lazy. I need to make this week a good one since I have a birthday the week after.

Good luck everyone, time to get the other team to lose a member!

I started Insanity at the beginning of April. Ever since then my weight has just kind of stalled. Everyone keeps telling me that the second month is when you really start seeing changes, but for some reason I just lost all motivation about 2 days into the second month. It doesn't help that the videos this month are longer. I think I just need to suck it up and finish out the last 3 weeks and try to focus on my diet more.

The problem with the pizza is it is never out of my system :( I'm pretty sure I could eat pizza every day of the week. I'm thinking about doing another 1 week "kick start" type of diet. It seemed to work really well when I first started trying to lose weight and at the end of it I don't feel as hungry and am more used to not eating the crappy stuff I want all the time now.

Good luck with the low carb thing. I don't know if I could do that for very long. I love carbs

    Britt...pizza is the devil

Maybe, just starting it again will help jump start things...I hate long workouts...I'm more of a 30 to 40 minute kind of girl

    Hey Busters,

We are nearly halfway thru the week. How's the weekend going? Hope you are all behaving yourselves, he, he.

I worked until 3:30 AM last night. Unfortunately, I ate a chocolate hershey bar and some tea for caffeine.:grumble: But, I missed breakfast today and it kind of equals out

I work again from 3 to 11:30 tonight. Hoping to get a little elliptical in this morning. T-storms this weekend prevent me from doing anything outside.

Well, I'm at the same weight this morning as last weigh in. I guess it's a good thing because it's been staying right around 136.5 for the last few weeks. We'll see if I'm still 135 something tomorrow when I weigh myself. That will be a big accomplishment.

I finally did my workout again last night, and tracked every single food I ate. Tomorrow is my youngest daughter's first birthday though so we are planning on some cake and ice cream later today to celebrate. I'll just have to be careful to not overindulge I guess.

Kim I hope you find some time to get on the elliptical later today. Keeping a varied schedule can make it hard to stay on track. I don't blame you at all for the hershey bar and tea. I probably would have ate more lol.
