    Ok so a dilemma I have for you guys: On Saturday I am moving and so my whole day will be consumed with that and not include a workout.....BUUUUUT I think carrying a lot of heavy furniture and boxes out of one apartment and into another will certainly burn a few calories, so any suggestions as to how I should log it?
    (I don't generally bother to count any activities other than actual working out or riding my horse, so I'm not sure what would be a good match)
    I'd go with MFP's "Walking, carrying infant or 15-lb load". I would probably log about half of the time you spend packing as that. Maybe more. I did some moving of a fridge today, and I'm gonna log it as 15-20 mins of that. :bigsmile:

    Hey just looking at all your cals burned in exercise everyone. Great job. Can you guys give me some idea of what you are doing for these cal burns as I am not burning a great deal and just wondering if it is a time thing or intensity etc thanks

    I do the elliptical for 45-50 minutes, and I usually go at a brisk pace, but try to keep my heart rate the low end of the cardio zone. . keep in mind, too, that people of different weights will burn different amounts doing the same activity.

    Update after duckpin bowling. Tonight was the last night of the season...and my team won! Again...for the third time. We bowl for about 3 hours....but i only put in 2 1/2 hours. 743 calories seems like a lot...but for 3 hours, I'll take it!

    Monday: Calories Burned: 69 ~Under fat. N (rough start of the week...but working on it!)

    Hey guys. SO with this new puppy.... life is all crazy, until we get a serious routine down! She is 8 weeks old and BUSY! So, I will do my best this week. I am kind of taking some time off from the regime of planning like a mad woman and tracking while I finish getting over my sickness and give myself a mental load off while I added a new load (a puppy) haha
    But I will be around! :-D I am exhausted and I am off to bed for the night. ChaLean Extreme and C25K planned for tomorrow.... IF I can find the energy for it. (first workout since last Tuesday because of my fever and sickness end of last week.... ALMOST gone... ALMOST!
