Ok so a dilemma I have for you guys: On Saturday I am moving and so my whole day will be consumed with that and not include a workout.....BUUUUUT I think carrying a lot of heavy furniture and boxes out of one apartment and into another will certainly burn a few calories, so any suggestions as to how I should log it?

Hey just looking at all your cals burned in exercise everyone. Great job. Can you guys give me some idea of what you are doing for these cal burns as I am not burning a great deal and just wondering if it is a time thing or intensity etc thanks

I do the elliptical for 45-50 minutes, and I usually go at a brisk pace, but try to keep my heart rate the low end of the cardio zone. . keep in mind, too, that people of different weights will burn different amounts doing the same activity.0 -
