    Hey just looking at all your cals burned in exercise everyone. Great job. Can you guys give me some idea of what you are doing for these cal burns as I am not burning a great deal and just wondering if it is a time thing or intensity etc thanks


    I do Insanity as well as an after dinner walk with my kids. :)

    Not doing so hot with the fat intake this week, just barely over again last night. Might be that I've a directive from my trainer to concentrate on getting protein in, and have thus had more fat than usual. Sometimes, I think trying to concentrate on too many things diet-wise gets frustrating. But I keep on keeping on.

    Great workout this morning with my trainer. More heavy rope work, and some "commando pulls" (essentially pulling myself across the gym floor, feet on gliders. Woooo!).
