    What is calzone?
    I had half a bottle of wine last night with my other half. It was about 250 caloriesl! But still it's nice to be able to relax and half a glass of wine every now and again.
    The problem is that I arranged to go over my friends house where we agreed to have a Dominoes pizza and even more wine because our boyfriends are having a night out.

    I'll just have to work it off for the rest of the week with my healthy eating. I know I can still lose weight if I have a bad day in the week so it should be ok :)

    I am checking in at 188.5 this morning . Had gained 4 pounds while on vacation but i have lost it all now since i am back on track !

    Ok everyone we kinda fell off track but we can get back on and maybe loose 10 by holloween. Who is with me?
