    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned) 1379- 535 doing 52 mins jogging, 523 zumba, and 311 jogging there and back!

    Over 63 calories! Yay!!! Will bump up goal for next week! Am still continuing on this week though, see how many I actually get!

    I went back and reviewed my previous weeks and most of the time I burn between 1500-2000 cals a week. I don't want to give my body too much of a shock since I have a vascular tumor in my leg and I am not suppose to OVER exercise. 3000 sounds like a good starting place for this week.
