    Help! I need some calorie busting cardio that isn't going to kill my foot. This plantar fasciitis has it so just walking a mile makes me regret it in the morning. Any ideas?!

    Mon: 599 (25 minutes circuit training, 30 minutes circuit tradmill)
    Tues: 446 - but I think I burned more, MFP is almost never below the treadmill count - (42:25 5k, interval on the treadmill, 4.5-6.0 MPH)
    Wed: Rest
    Thur: Rest (May have hurt something.....)
    Fri: 661 (25 minutes circuit training, 10 minute elliptical, 13 minutes stationary bike)

    May not make the full 3500, but I would still like to do 3000 this week! Darned pain keeping me down for 2 days. Grrrrr.

    Kickboxing! Focus on the upper body stuff and most of the lower body is just standing there and kicking, you don't have to do the jumping around stuff or rapid lower body movements if you can't handle them. You will still get a GREAT cardio and strengthening workout.

    Left to go: 1461....Looks like I'm gonna have a rough weekend if I wanna meet my goal. Kind of sucks because I can easily do the elliptical for an hour, but I'm trying to get into running shape and I definitely can't sustain that length of time running. :/

    Mon: 475... walking crunches cleaning jumping jacks and jumping rope
    Tues: 0... had a migraine so got no workout in better luck today(wed 5-18)
