Help! I need some calorie busting cardio that isn't going to kill my foot. This plantar fasciitis has it so just walking a mile makes me regret it in the morning. Any ideas?!0 -

Tues: 446 - but I think I burned more, MFP is almost never below the treadmill count - (42:25 5k, interval on the treadmill, 4.5-6.0 MPH)

Thur: Rest (May have hurt something.....)
Fri: 661 (25 minutes circuit training, 10 minute elliptical, 13 minutes stationary bike)

Kickboxing! Focus on the upper body stuff and most of the lower body is just standing there and kicking, you don't have to do the jumping around stuff or rapid lower body movements if you can't handle them. You will still get a GREAT cardio and strengthening workout.0 -
