I'm feeling pretty good about this week! I have two beach volleyball games tomorrow, so that's an easy 700, two hot yoga classes (600 each), and a half marathon Sunday (1600) ... so if I throw in a little extra in between, I WILL reach 10,000 as of Sunday.

I've only burned 1181 this week so far!!!!!! My goal though is to break 5000 this week! If I can do that I will need a little over a thousand calories a day to the end and that is attainable!0
