    This week we're going to try to do 100 sit ups a day....if you can't do 100, just do as many as you can! Some is better than none!

    GW by Labor Day: 196 (Will be simply "overweight" and not "obese" on the BMI scale.)

    I just joined today .. I am 46 years old and have three daughters .. 21, 23 and one is 2 1/2 years old!... I am also about to be a grandmother any minute! I have to do this for my kids. Particularly my little one - and the grandbaby on the way....

    I was in great shape before the last baby 160 lbs and a size 10... Size doesn't really matter now.. I just need the energy to be present for my little one(s).

    So starting weight is 215.. Goal weight is 160lb -

    Sorry-learning how to use the message board!

    My starting weight is 262 lbs. My goal is to get to 175 and see where we go from there! But that is long term. Short term, my goals have less to do with the numbers and more to do with fit and fitness. I want to be able to do a full mile on the treadmill in 20 min. or less (currently at 23 min.) and to fit into the t-shirt they gave me at the gym.

    I am in for this challenge also ! And i will try for the 100 sit ups too ! My starting weight is 196.0 and i would love to be at around 176.0 !

    Count me in! I need some motivation. My current weight is 211.5 I would love to get to 185 (my pre-pregnancy) weight by labor day and the start of my second year of nursing school.

    100 sit ups is great, can we do them anyway we want....I use a exercise ball with legs lifted, not sure if I can do 100 at one time so I will do in the morning and at night. 50/50 is this ok as long as we do them?

    I'd love to join! Current: 205 (my current weight is actually around 210 but that's water weight and such, grrrrr. My ticker weight is 205)
    Goal for September: 179 (healthy BMI!)

    I would also love to do this challenge. Fell of the wagon so many times and end up at my current weight again. Have not been able to go down below 135. So, current weight 145 and my goal weight for September is 120. I would love any friends too for motivation and support. :flowerforyou:
