Such a pet peeve to hear that- honestly, I worked two jobs (140 hrs a wk), literally did not sleep on Sunday nights and was a single mom with zero help when I used to work out for at least an hr every single day. Losing weight happened0 -

last night, I was running at 11!! I'm usually in bed by 9:30-10, so for me that is late...but since life(ball games) happened last night, I had to do it later than I wanted.0 -

I will try this. However, I do not believe that 20,000 is a do able challenge for me. However, 12,000 is the goal I think is reasonable (3,000 a week).0
