I'm bad, i did the treadmill, walk, stairclimbing, just keep moving & wear my HRM to keep me abreast. I do the gym 6x week & leslie sansone 1x.0

Tues: 960 (100 minutes of run/walk pushing stroller with 32lb daughter in it and walking dog all at once!!)

Thur: 693 (Running 12 min mile, 70 min totally 5 miles)
Fri: 383 (60 min of boot camp/exercise ball day)
