    Tues: 806 calories -- 75 mins of hot yoga (MFP calories), 30 mins of C25K W3D1 (HRM) and 30 mins of fast walking (HRM)
    Wed: 473 calories -- 60 mins of bootcamp (HRM)
    Thur: day off
    Fri: 504 -- 60 mins of bootcamp (HRM)

    Mon: 1587 calories burned (treadmil, ultimate taebo dvd, turbo charged dvd)
    Tues: 1306 calories burned (treadmil, last chance work out dvd from biggest loser, dog walk)

    I started out aiming for 3500 & now i have surpassed that sum.
    6/11 - 965
    Grand Total so far = 4,099
    I plan to do a 5k morrow so that will put the icing on the cake:smokin:

    I'm bad, i did the treadmill, walk, stairclimbing, just keep moving & wear my HRM to keep me abreast. I do the gym 6x week & leslie sansone 1x.

    Mon: 400 (boot camp 60 min) totally forgot my HRM the first day so had to guesstimate ugh
    Tues: 960 (100 minutes of run/walk pushing stroller with 32lb daughter in it and walking dog all at once!!)
    Wed: 544 (Boot camp 60 min)
    Thur: 693 (Running 12 min mile, 70 min totally 5 miles)
    Fri: 383 (60 min of boot camp/exercise ball day)
    Sat: 634 (running 40 miles 53 min)
    Sun: REST DAY
