    146.2. we're in 3 weeks now and i havent lost any weight... ugh. the only thing i'm doin is c25k, 3 times a week. i guess i should start doin something on my off days...

    weighed in at 210.2, not that big of a loss but somethinig is something!

    goals for the week:
    -EAT WELL on the weekend!!!
    -work out everyday.
    -try eating clean.

    Hello my lovelys

    I am in at 199.5 today.. so happy, haven't seen a 1 at the start of my wieght in a long long time!!

    forgot to give myself some goals...
    1. no junk food at all
    2. no booze
    3. water everyday
    4. walk for 30 mins at lunch everyday plus at least 4 gym workouts
    5. finish week 1on c25k and complete week 2

    I'm at 162.8 today! It's not much, but since I was sick from Wednesday to Sunday (stupid sinus infection), I'm happy with it. Now that I'm better I'm going to be working hard again! :)

    Goals:
    1. Lots of water, every day!
    2. Exercise every day, even if it's just 15 minutes.
    3. Get to a normal sleep schedule. No more afternoon naps!

    FINALLY a loss! 210 down to 207.8!!! :D Couldn't be happier. Stepping it up this week to keep it up for next week!

    215.4 this week! Yay a loss and I had a lot going on last week.

    Goals this week:
    1) Keep sodium under control
    2) Keep drinking 10 cups of water a day minimum
    3) Burn 5000 calories
    4) Stay focused!
