    Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't weighed in the last 2 weeks, I'm not losing much weight now I'm getting close to my goal, so I've decided to try and not weigh myself for the next couple of weeks! I'll check back in now and then :smile:

    Great job to everyone, even those who didn't lose, we all held ourselves accountable and checked in!

    Last week my goals were to stay away from that darn scale until next Monday (I made it until Saturday) and workout 3 times (check).

    This week my goals are:
    1) workout 3x
    2) not weigh myself until next Monday
    3) stay away from jerky - beef, pork or any other delicious salted meat or meat substitute (great point Marti made about the sodium and water retention on week 2 page)

    This week I want to work on staying away from salt and eating all my calories on the weekend. Healthy not junk.
    I want to get in 4 good long walks at work and 3 at home.

    Awesome job everyone!

    My goals for this week:

    1.) Still need to up my fruits and veggies.
    2.) Exercise an hour a day.
    3.) Hopefully move on to level 2 of 30DS Saturday.
    4.) Get the scale closer to 255, I'm extremely disappointed in my very low losses.

    Awesome ladies! My goal for this wek is even though I am always UNDER my cals, I want to make healthier choices.. more veggies and fruit and fiber dense foods.

    Great job, ladies!!! Hoping to stop maintaining and get to losing right along with ya!!

    To that end, goals for this week are the same as last week:

    1. Get to the gym at least two more times this week (could prove difficult, though, given my packed schedule which includes a 5K on Saturday morning)
    2. Water, Water, Water
    3. Cut WAY down on the sweets (not off to the best start on this one since I caved to birthday cake yesterday, but planning to do better the rest of this week!)
    4. Cook, Cook, Cook!!!!! (Why do I keep setting and then ignoring this one?! Seriously. Why?! Menu planning today and grocery shopping tonight.)

    Hope we all have a great week that yields great results come Monday!!

    *Drink more water
    *Obtain my mini goal of weighing 165! (Need to lose 2lbs)

    So I had a gain...half a pound...I can't seem to get out of the 150's....152 again...I feel like all of May I was between 152 and 152...grr...so frustrating....hopefully getting back to the gym this week and incorporating new aerobics classes will help me get out of the 150s..it's also the TOM and I don't like to eat during this week, so hopefully that will help as well...and swimming!! The bf has a pool and I can't wait for TOM to be over so I can swim in it all day while he's at work!! I did take a new dance aerobics class yesterday and it was so much fun!! I am sore this moring, but it's the good kind of sore...can't wait for Wednesday's class!! Have a great day everyone!! :-)

    3. Complete one additional workout of 30 minutes or more.

    Hey ladies, I saw this post on the message board and the name alone caught my attention. I currently weight 130 (im only 5'1) and have about 15 more lbs to lose and I know y'all are in week 3 but i was wondering if I could learn more about your challenge and maybe join in. I really need some motivation and accountability. Been finding it really hard to stick to my exercise lately :(

    BTW- CONGRATS to everyone who is losing the weight and even the ones who aren't but maintaining their routine and staying accountable.

    Fantastic job ladies!!! Let's keep it moving so we can all hit our goals! I absolutely bombed my goals last week, so I'm gonna attempt to hit them again.

    1. Burn 4500 calories
    2. Drink at least 10 glasses of water daily
    3. Not eating ALL of my exercise calories back
    4. Not binging out of control!!!!!!!

    Okay, so I haven't lost or gained. I'm still 173. But, considering that I was on vacation and pigged out on junk food, I think that's pretty good that I haven't gained!!

    Wow, great job ladies!!! Keep up the great work. My goals this week are.... (since it's a really busy week)

    Just try to get a workout of some sort in everyday no matter how long or hard

    Reduce Carb Intake (I really struggle with this)

    WATER!!! WATER!!! WATER!!!

    I would really like to be out of the 150's by next weigh in....so that is 1.7 lbs. that needs to go!!!
