    Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't weighed in the last 2 weeks, I'm not losing much weight now I'm getting close to my goal, so I've decided to try and not weigh myself for the next couple of weeks! I'll check back in now and then :smile:

    Great job to everyone, even those who didn't lose, we all held ourselves accountable and checked in!

    Last week my goals were to stay away from that darn scale until next Monday (I made it until Saturday) and workout 3 times (check).

    This week my goals are:
    1) workout 3x
    2) not weigh myself until next Monday
    3) stay away from jerky - beef, pork or any other delicious salted meat or meat substitute (great point Marti made about the sodium and water retention on week 2 page)

    This week I want to work on staying away from salt and eating all my calories on the weekend. Healthy not junk.
    I want to get in 4 good long walks at work and 3 at home.

    Awesome job everyone!

    My goals for this week:

    1.) Still need to up my fruits and veggies.
    2.) Exercise an hour a day.
    3.) Hopefully move on to level 2 of 30DS Saturday.
    4.) Get the scale closer to 255, I'm extremely disappointed in my very low losses.

    Awesome ladies! My goal for this wek is even though I am always UNDER my cals, I want to make healthier choices.. more veggies and fruit and fiber dense foods.

    Great job, ladies!!! Hoping to stop maintaining and get to losing right along with ya!!

    To that end, goals for this week are the same as last week:

    1. Get to the gym at least two more times this week (could prove difficult, though, given my packed schedule which includes a 5K on Saturday morning)
    2. Water, Water, Water
    3. Cut WAY down on the sweets (not off to the best start on this one since I caved to birthday cake yesterday, but planning to do better the rest of this week!)
    4. Cook, Cook, Cook!!!!! (Why do I keep setting and then ignoring this one?! Seriously. Why?! Menu planning today and grocery shopping tonight.)

    Hope we all have a great week that yields great results come Monday!!
