Steph_135 is was not easy at all :ohwell: But i think i am addicted to carbohydrates and thats my biggest problem, so it was necessary
cokolina... I hear that! I tried out the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet before, but it was so restricting, I couldn't stay with it longer than 3 weeks.
I have to say I am really frustrated with myself this week. I GAINED! I was tempted to lie but I really know that that will do nothing for me. So I am just going to put it out there, admit to myself that this time of the month can mean that i am retaining water, and turn it around this next week.
rachel129... I gained too, but it's just a little bit. We've still got it, and we're gonna fix it.

You are all doing a FANTASTIC job!! I know it is tough when you see your weight increase. I've been there, not wanting to post the heavier weight but then doing it anyway. For those of you that did gain weight this week, hold your head up high and congratulate yourself for be a strong, honest person. It takes a lot of courage to post a number you are not happy with. (We've all been there, and if you haven't been there yet...chances are it'll happen one day)

To answer a few question that I've seen...

I check on the thread EVERY day. Even if I don't post, just know that I have checked the thread and I am keeping track of your numbers. I usually update my chart twice a day. As long as you post your weight on the CORRECT thread, I'll get your information down.

    (@Serenifly)
If you are updating your information on your weekly chart, you only have to post what your weight actually is on that weigh-in. You don't have to mention how may lbs gained/lost (unless you just want to). For my purposes, I only look at the actual weight. I've got my spreadsheet set up to calculate lbs/kgs lost or gained, etc.

:flowerforyou: THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! :flowerforyou:
I appreciate all of you who added your weight group to your charts. It made it sooooooo much easier to find your names. (@madamlaporte - you are the only one in the maintain category so your's is the easiest.)

    Weight Groups are:
    Lookin' slim....droppin' 5-10
    Goodbye fat jeans...losing 11-15
    Getting rid of plenty....trimming 16-20
    Feelin' alive...losing 21-25
Jaws are hitting the floor...shedding 26 or more
    >>>You don't have to include the cutesy name...unless you want to

Thanks for the encouragement, newmeat30 and Steph_135!

And I am totally turning it around today! I already got in my 4 bottles of water and I did TWO workouts!

Also, I would encourage any of you who have planners at home to write down your goal weight for each week. I wrote mine on each friday for the next 20 weeks and having it in bright red, permanent ink is making me realize that I HAVE to work hard for those numbers. No more, "I'll try harder next week" because this week I have a goal I have to hit!

And for everyone who lost/maintained...keep it up!

I've done this, as well. I added my goal numbers to my personal calendar at work. Every time I look at it and see those numbers, it gives me something to work toward AND it makes me excited to think in just x weeks, I'm going be at this weight (or better!).

    6/16:   75.5

1kg (2.2 pounds) lost this week, and thanks to this wondeful challenge, I'm back on track :)

    Wow, Rubybelle; that's a fantastic loss! :)

Thanks, I've been a bit off track for the last few weeks but I feel like I'm focussed again.
I notice that we have pretty much the same goals - let's see if we can meet them together!

I also do things like that! I need to write down my Game Plan until the end of August so I remember that, and will be inspired to follow that as well, because right now I'm letting everything slide still.
