    but you know what I noticed the most? Your smile. You looked grumpy as hell to start but the smile in the last photo really showed what a different this process can make.

    You'll have to excuse me for noticing that not only was your body shrinking, but your underwear was as well . . . just sayin.
    You obviously worked very hard, great job and congrats! The biggest thing I notice, however, is how all of a sudden you're standing taller, more confident.

    Can barley see your stretch marks anymore either? are they still there?

    if you did a good job at getting rid of them, can you give me some tips to get rid of mine?

    I went from 220 to 160/9% BF

    I went from 220 to 160/9% BF
    They are still there, but much less noticeable. Use Mederma, coconut oil, and exfoliate frequently. Tanning helps a little too. Check with a dermetologist if they dont fade at all after a few months - the fading will be slight, there is no miracle cream to my knowledge.
