    I weigh in at 179.7. I am up from 178.8 yesterday. I went to Mexican last night. I had tilapia and sodium, I am sure, lol.

    Hi ladies! I'm back from my vacation and regretfully have to say that I will not be able to continue this challenge.
    I just found put I'm pregnant after 2 years of trying after my last miscarriage and I want to just relax until my belly gets bigger. I was pretty active the last time, exercising, carrying groceries and etc and I think it may have affected my miscarriage so this tome I don't want to take any chances! Good luck to everyone and if this challenge is up again for next christmas I am definitely in! If anyone wants to add me to stay in touch feel free to do so! I'm going to be a first time mother so I have no idea what to expect!

    I usually do 60 minutes of exercise, so I will have to do 15 minutes more.
    Wednesday I did 108 minutes
    Thursday I did 88 minutes
    Friday I did 83 minutes
    Saturday I did 94 minutes
    Sunday 100 minutes

    So sad... My weight is 184 today. Gained 0.3 back...but on my defense I'm on my TOM and That's the least amount of weight gain at a Tom for me :)

    This week 250.0... Looks like were all getting closer to our Christmas goals. Keep it up everyone, sometimes the prize comes slowly but we will NEVER fail as long as we stick with it.

    Yay!!!! I'm so excited!!! I have to tell you, last week is the hardest I have ever worked out. The more the weight started to drop, the more effort I put into it. It sure did pay off.

    I think everyone did a fantastic job, congrats to everyone!!!!

    This week's challenge is as follows:

    1 set 15 (girl or guy) push ups
    1 set 4 count mountain climbers (if you don't know, you count 1,2,3,1= 1 four count. So this will be a total of 40)
    1 set 10 (girl or guy) push ups

    drink 3 extra glasses of pure water !!!
