    Stayed the same this week. Glad it wasn't a gain but still, less than a month until I leave for vacation. I need to kick it into high gear!

    I, on the other hand, am having a huge blaoting issue. I have no idea what's caused it but I'm way up at 175.2.

    This week's challenge is t either add and extra exercise to your routine or and extra 10 minutes a day....your choice!

    Woo! It was nice to have a loss after a couple weeks of hovering. Still getting used to my losses slowing down as everything came off so quickly before.

    Anywho, this week's challenge is to share your secrets to staying on plan (at least somewhat) during the holidays. For me, there are so many things I love to eat, I cut way back on my portion sizes so I can have a little of everything I love. I try not to hang out near the food so I'm not tempted to eat more and I drink plenty of water/unsweetened tea after my meal to keep myself occupied (and to try and flush out some of that extra salt!).

    I like your plan. I'll add to it by keeping an eye on the empty calorie alcohol drinks at the social gatherings. I plan to have a wine glass in hand with sparkling water in it rather than wine.

    You are too sweet chickie!!! I've had lots of up and downs too. When I hit the 170s I bounced between 171 - 175 for almost two months, so I really know how you feel.

    I'm sorry I missed the challenge. :embarassed: But what I did was no different than any other week. I plan for my meals ahead of time and make sure I exercise enough to cover what I plan to eat. With doing this I was able to eat everything I wanted on Thanksgiving and I still ended up losing weight the next day.

    My scale is giving me issues. I had a really bad week, so I was expecting a bad number. But I don't know what I am. I got on three times, so I'm either 153, 151.6 or 149.8. Well, I just throw out that last one. And although I'd readily admit I'd deserve the gain and be 153, I got on again and it said 151.2. So I think I'm going to go with the middle number...

    I just realized I doubt check in last week... I was up to 224again butthe last half of this week has been heart wrenching. Hubby and I are starting fertility testing-stressing about that. Mypoor kitty got super sick and I put her down. She was so sick so fast.. Only 3.5 lbs yesterday. She used to sleep in my arms at night and talk to me all the time. She would sit in the window and watch me leave for work. If she wasn't in the window when I got home she would come running to greet me. Its going to be tough for a while.

(- i know you're facing a hard time right now, but a 5 lb loss is something to celebrate. im so sorry for your loss. i've never had to put down a pet but i have lost two cats before. you will get through this, i promise. time heals all, i know thats not always helpful to hear, but it's true. my thoughts are with you. <3 )

    Kimmer2011 has surpassed her goal this week with a 3.6 lb loss, putting her .6lb past her christmas goal.

    looks like this was a good week for reaching goals both kimmer & josette surpassed their goals this week. next week is our final weigh-in i wish you all luck!!!

    My challenge this week....
    With what I'm facing in my life I've realized we often forget to appreciate things. Do something this week to let someone know how much you appreciate them and their support. We wouldn't be here today without some key people...
    I know not totally exercise related but sometimes we get lost in the bigger picture.

    And drink ye 80oz a day ;)
