Im 5'11 Starting weight 207 lbs. in 2009......



in about 8 months of hardwork and diet i was down to 170. and now I am just basically maintaining... though i do have a mini goal of another 10-15 lbs.

Great to see other women my height getting great results. I"m 5'11" and now down to 170 lbs. Trying to get to 155 at least. Was 145 and lower before but looked like a stick.

im at 170 now and too wish to be like 155-160... i remeber the 140's days i was super skinny too. LOL no one can BELIEVE i weigh 170! height helps LOL

I'm 5'10 1/2 and I am built like a linebacker.
7 1/2 inch wrists and a size 12 shoe. Went from 350 to 216

I haven't shared any photos before, but I am 2/3rds of the way through my goal. I am 5'11" I started at 236, probably weighed more than that but I didn't ever look! I just weighed in at 197 and would like to get to 175 by the end of April! Good luck everyone!

wow im 5'11 now and i weat 263 my highest was 307, i didnt want to lose too much because i thought i would look sick but the pics i have seen people looks great!!!! my goal is about 190-195. in my profile pic now im at 263. but you all look great lets me know that i can do this and look great

I say that's a perfect REALISTIC goal. When you reach that one, take a look at yourself again and decide what your path is from there! Awesome work!
