HI ladies tomorrow starts the first challenge! For some of you this will be hard and for others you may be doing this already - but I feel it is really important and therefore it is where we are begining!
Ok - water- yep water drink to your little hearts content and please keep track of the ounces - The TEAM with the most ounces at the end of the week is the winner and gets to choose the next challenge! Challenges will be ongoing meaning if we are focused on water this week you need to keep up the water from now on... but no longer will need to track
Please let me know if your partner goes AWAL cuz we now have an extra person and she is paired up with me and disneybride13 ( I will not log my water on the final count unless we find a new player)
Ok weight check in is fridays and I will post "pounds lost" on saturday - for those of you a little shy about how much you have to lose I will not be posting any weight totals just how many you lost!
If we all drink the recomended amount of water it will be:7616 ounces!!!!!! thats our team goal to beat!!!! I know we can do it girls so start chugging!!!:laugh:

oh great just drinking 300mls makes me go every 10 minutes... and uni starts back this week :noway:

I drink around 64 ounces a day, but I'll try drinking more - maybe i'll just sit on the loo all week - that'll help

I know! :laugh: I pee alot too but they say the more often you drink the better your body will handle it -- Mine hasn't changed! drink two sips -- peee -- repeat!:laugh:0 -

I'm about to head out the door. First stop CATO for a new shirt to go with my new pants (that FIT!!), then to pick up my best bud and we're headed to the registration office to sign up for the Race for the Cure walk that's going on next weekend. Never thought I'd do that and be excited about it, but I did and I am. :happy: Then I think we're going to do some shopping. I've got my water bottle with me and hopefully, I'll get all my water in. It can be tough to do for me when I'm running around all over the place. I will have to remind myself to drink!

Well, I just hit 50oz., but I still have time to get more water in. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to get what I've gotten in already. But I tell ya, I've seen the inside of the bathrooms in Target, Kroger, Walmart, Old Navy, and Subway. SHEESH!0 -

i err... i think drank about 20 ounces yesterday
and none so far today and its nearly 6pm!:noway:

I managed 80 oz on Saturday - up 4 times in the night needing to pee !!!
40 oz yesterday - had to work in the morning, go home and work my butt off for my son's 11th birthday party, I was too busy organising, baking and keeping away from the pastries to even think of drinking any more :blushing:

Water- plain, in ice form, with flavor, whatever I think as long as it is a see through liquid we could still count it!
I am doing much better today! I have a horrible headache from eating too much sugar yesterday (by alot:grumble: ) but I guess thats what I get for being a glutten!

well i am not sure if it is from the sugar but i have a major headache today and i am not sure what it is from but it could be lack of caffine due to drinking water instead of tea lol but i am hanging in there. as of today I have had i know it is not alot but i drink about 6 44oz cups of water everyday so i am not sure how much that is ok i did the math it is 264oz a day and i did that saturday sunday and plan to today so as of right now i am up to 528 oz and working on my first 44 oz today.0 -
