5'8" ladies what is your goal?

I'm 5' 8" and an a size 4-6 at 145lbs at 140 my hip bones become way too prominent, and I look sick. I can't imagine going below 145 again.

I currently fluctuate between 142-147, depending on hormonal crap and fluid retention.. etc., and am a size 4-6. I'm no longer trying to lose weight but am training for a marathon so may lose a little and am fine down to 140. I don't want to really lose more because I know it will be mostly muscle loss.
I am not unhappy at 135 but people always comment that I am way too skinny then and I just don't have any girlie parts at that weight.0 -
Before I had my daughter, I was 138lbs, and a size 4/6. I'd like to get back around there, but with more muscle and definition. I'm thinking this would put me at approximately 140-145. So that's my ultimate goal.
My current goal is to just get back to a healthy, normal weight again. Man, I've screwed myself up.0 -
I'm 5'7 3/4" and my original goal weight was 140#. I'd like to get into my stack of 6s though so I'm thinking 130# might get me there. I have a small frame though and I am very hippy, that's where I carry all my weight.0

my UGW is 130 which would put me in the middle of "healthy range" I'm currently 290.2 :grumble: But I've been working extremely hard. I"ve been 220 I've been 200 I was most comfortable when I was 150 but since I've done that...I want to get to 130 and stay within the 130-140 range....I have a l o n g w a y t o g o! :indifferent: But I will get there....eventually! :bigsmile:0

I'm just under 5'8" and my goal is 170.
I don't want to be 155 like they say I should be.0 -
My ultimate goal is anywhere between 150-155. But right now I am looking forward to getting out of the 200's.0

My goal is to fit into the same size clothes i wore at 20, I was 133lbs then but right now i don't care if i end up 130 or 150, i just want to get back to those measurements0

The lowest I've been is 138 and I am now at 150. I really enjoyed the 140 lb mark! However, I would gladly be heavier if it was because of muscles...lol!0

I'm just slightly under 5'8" & my goal weight is 145. Once I get there, I'll decide if I want to go any lower!0

Hi there! Clearly not all 5'8's are created equal. Im a curvy one at 43 y/o and 5'7.5" inches tall. Current weight is 163 which equates to a size 10 pant that is a little loose My goal is anything in the 150's (even 159.99999) but ideally 155 and I would do back-flips for a consistant size 8. My BMI is 25.5 which is only considered .5 over and in 150's will be in range....Doubt this helps you much but puts into perspective that we're all different.0

My goal was 140, but I've been stuck between 154 and 152 for weeks. I think my body is telling me that I can't go any further.
I used to weigh 135, but I gained a bunch of weight back and had to start all over. This time around, I do resistance training and have put a lot of muscle mass on my body. So I don't really think 140 is a reasonable goal anymore. At least not for me.0 -

My goal is to be able to climb the rock wall at my gym. It would be nice if I was under 160 pounds, but I'm really trying to focus more on getting strong at this point.0

Now that I am in the healthy range I am starting to think about what my final destination will be for weight loss and when to start maintenance. I am about 154lbs now and feeling like I would love to see 140 but it may be a stretch. For those of you in maintenance where did you stop and for those still working, what are your thoughts?0

My starting weight was 176. I am now 149. I would like to be around 138 ishh, but mainly just want to tone up after about another 10 lbs lost0

I am 5' 7.5" and 56 yrs old. I weigh now 165 and I wear a sz 14. I need to lose enough so I can get into sz 12 jeans.. I want to weigh between 135 to 145.. Ten yrs ago I was that weight, and would love to get there again. I started out at 179 lbs (the most I have ever weighed) in February.. My 1st goal is to reach 155 lbs.. Ten more pounds to go!!!0

I'm 5'9" (40 years old). My initial goal was to weigh 150. I went on 'maintenance calories' back in February when I hit that goal. Since then, I've lost another 13 pounds and weigh 137. I'm eating about 2400 calories a day and feel full and happy. So, I'm just going to wait and see where my weight settles. I guess I'm happy anywhere between 135-145.0

I'm just a smidge shorter - 5'7" (and a half! I count the half!). My goal is 150 - 155, but now that I am only 10 lbs away I am thinking I may like to aim lower - though - I would really just like to reach my goal first and see what happens. :-)0

i am hoping for 170 but if i could be 150 i think i would be over the moon.
but that is a lot of weight for me to lose

I'm 5'8 1/2" and my goal is 136. I like even numbers. :-) That's a size 6 for me and I would love to be in a size 6, again.0

My weight has fluctuated a lot over the past few years. I'm 21 years old and weighed in at 137 lb this morning. When I was a freshman in college I dropped down to 119 (way too low) and I think the highest weight I've seen was almost 139. I'm aiming for 127 now for a thin but still healthy weight.0
